If a torrent tracker appears to be offline, this might be a temporarily issue and the tracker should be online again in a few hours.
Problem: Slow torrent download speeds
If you can't download torrents at high speed or cannot see any seeds than probably some of the torrent trackers listed in your .torrent file are down.
Adding trackers to your torrent downloads won't speed up your torrents notable but generates even more load on these trackers.
Bandwidth throttling is another issue resulting in frustratingly slow speeds when downloading torrents. Many ISPs around the world are making a deliberate effort to keep BitTorrent traffic as slow as possible. They do so to avoid high bandwidth usage on their networks. To encrypt your data, block throttling and speed up your torrents you can use a VPN. A Torrent VPN routes all BitTorrent traffic through a third-party server to unblock P2P throttling.
